Hannah Mayer is a former Visiting PhD Fellow at the Laboratory for Innovation Science at Harvard (LISH), where she worked with Harvard Business School Professors Marco Iansiti and Karim Lakhani on studying digital transformation and AI-powered businesses. She co-authored the book "The Digital Transformer's Dilemma", which explores how traditional organizations can build up disruptive, digital businesses while also digitizing their core. Previously, she spent 2+ years as a Consultant at McKinsey & Company, specializing in digital transformation, digital skill building and digital marketing projects. Prior to that, Hannah worked at Google as a Digital Strategist, helping media agencies optimize their digital strategies. Hannah is an honors graduate of Queen’s University (Canada) and of the Vienna University of Economics and Business (Austria). She is currently a Senior Associate at McKinsey & Company.
