Thomaz Teodorovicz is a Postdoctoral Fellow at the Laboratory for Innovation Science at Harvard (LISH, Harvard University), where he is working with faculty from the Harvard Business School on projects related with the future of work and the potential impact of autonomous vehicles. Thomaz is also a Research Associate at the World Management Survey project, a large data collection project to unpack the underlying organizational and management practices associated with superior organizational performance across industries and countries. He has a PhD in Business Economics from the Insper Institute of Education and Research (São Paulo, Brazil). During his PhD, he spent one year at the Rotman School of Management (University of Toronto) conducting research on how to leverage management practices in both private and public sectors.
