Shreyas Sekar is an Assistant Professor at the University of Toronto where he holds appointments at the Department of Management, Scarborough, and the Rotman School of Management. " src="/profiles/openscholar/modules/contrib/wysiwyg/plugins/break/images/spacer.gif" title="<--break-->">Prior to this, he was a Postdoctoral Fellow at the Laboratory for Innovation Science at Harvard. His interests lie at the interface between operations management, market design, and machine learning. In particular, his research relies on employing prescriptive, data-driven approaches to better understand how online platforms can design information architectures and pricing mechanisms for strategic users. Shreyas received his doctoral degree in Computer Science from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in 2017, where he was awarded the Robert McNaughton Prize for the best outgoing graduate student.
