Solène Delecourt is an Assistant Professor at UC Berkeley at the Haas School of Business. She earned her PhD at the Stanford Graduate School of Business. She also holds a master’s degree in Economics and Public Policy from Sciences Po Paris and École Polytechnique. Solène studies inequality in business performance and innovation using field experiments in the US and internationally, with a particular interest in addressing gender inequality. She is driven by a genuine love for teaching negotiations to different audiences, including MBA students, executives, startup founders, and scientists. Her research has appeared in Management Science and the Strategic Management Journal. Her research has been featured in newspapers like the Wall Street Journal. Her work has received funding from various sources, including from the Alfred P. Sloan Foundation. She is an editorial board member of the journal Organization Science.
